    Suasana kerja di dalam perusahaan sudah cukup nyaman. Selain itu, akses menuju perusahaan tidak begitu sulit. Bonus yang diberikan perusahaan sudah cukup baik. Asuransi pun sudah disediakan perusahaan. Perusahaan memberikan kesempatan untuk mendapatkan pelatihan ke Jepang.
    Cons
    Kesejahteraan yang diberikan perusahaan kepada karyawannya masih dirasa kurang memuaskan. Gaji yang diberikan perusahaan pun masih dirasa kurang kompetitif jika dibandingkan dengan perusahaan lain yang bergerak di bidang sejenis.
