DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Manage a portfolio of clients and build strong and positive relationships with clients at various levels Build strong relationships with Client Services team members Build and document knowledge about the clients business and technical setup Project manage and document all technical projects carried out with clients Actively play a part in ensuring financial targets are reached Log any bugs or feature requests in the bug and feature handling system Ensure client’s support tickets are resolved in a fast and professional manner and comply to agreed Service Level Agreements Feedback any important client information to Client Services Team Identify any training/knowledge needs for clients and colleagues REQUIREMENTS Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Telecommunication At least 5 year(s) of working experience in in RF Planning (GSM or CDMA) Able to operate planning tools (Map Info,Google Earth, Asset/Mentum/Atol/NetAct) Well understanding within Mobile Technology and trends (GSM, UMTS, WIMAX, LTE) Eager to learn, Outstanding creating and conduct presentation Willing working under pressure and travelling to the customer areas in each region Good team work and well accepted without any bad record or complained from customers Good English proficiency both in Oral and Writing Humble, open minded, good social skill Microsoft Office Literate Has well manner and appearance Willing to be stationed in Bandung Important Note : "The salary range appears is not reflected the actual condition it’s required by system, the actual range salary would be followed up when the candidate is selected for further hiring process”
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Preparing and make sure the invoice is correct. Preparing journal and AR collection journal to inform the update or accurate information and outstanding AR for certain period. Follow up client who has outstanding invoice. Preparing daily outstanding balance (DO) and outstanding position on daily base. Preparing AR aging report and AR reconciliation to be confirmed and adjust as financial report. Preparing sales journal. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Description: - Analyze and document business processes and translate it to specific software requirments. - Identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements. - Control change request timeline and deliverable. - Ensure quality of deliverable. - Maintain existing applications. Qualification: - Bachelor's Degree, Preferably from Information System Major or similar. - Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English both oral and written. - Having experience minimum 2 years or 2 full SAP project lifecycle in module Finance (FI). - Strong problem solver skill, business analysis skill, process mapping, business process redesign and implementation. - Able to work Independent or teamwork. - Preferably have some Project Management skill - Creative, Efficient, Self motivated, and high quality attitude.
