    Pekerjaaan yang diberikan cukup ringan sehingga bekerja pun jadi tidak terbawa stress. Tekanan dari atasan pun hampir tidak ada sehingga bekerja pun jadi nyaman dan menyenangkan.
    Cons
    Sistem HRD masih belum memberikan hasil kerja yang memuaskan. Gaji juga masih tergolong rendah dan kurang memenuhi harapan dan keinginan para karyawan.
