To manage Sophie Promo Kit DIGITAL PURPOSE - To manage  HappySophie Blog based on the article of HappySophie magazine on sophie paris website. - To handle social media photoshoot and post it. Engage conversation with sophie community. - To develop partnership with  prominent bloggers SOPHIE REWARD AND CHALLENGE - To support  the marketing in developping challenging through our newsletter and social Media. - To ensure & optimize the  gift selection until winner's delivery EVENT SUPPORT - To propose & implement fun activities during our catalog launching on monthly basis MEDIA MONITORING - Monitor Competitor's activity and propose monthly report - Follow that actions taken are implemented from 1 month to another   Requirements: Fluent in English (written & spoken) Currently pursuing or recently finished a Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing Have great interpersonal and communication skills Strong attention to detail & high level of accuracy in work produced Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office, web interface) Team player willing to work on a variety of different projects Available full time for at least 4 months (longer internship preferred) Be highly creative and imaginative, have good written and interpersonal skill Detail oriented & has an eye for beauty Great communication skills Possess good problem solving skills & thinks outside the box

    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Responsibilities : Organize products by collection plan in limited numbers of pages Introduce name/price/reference/description for each products Assure that the product will be visible / understandable and that should be clearly explained to the customer through the layout. Increase the visual quality of the pages by using colors, fonts, illustrations Find references, then develop and create templates for Sophie catalog in order to optimize the working time. Follow the graphic guidelines of Sophie Catalogue. Work with merchandisers/ QC and includes in the layout each of their request in order to increase exposure of products and avoid errors (colors, prices, references) Work with the photo studio to shoot any angles of the products which can help to understand specific product and/ or increase the appearance. Work with retouchers to share infos from QC or MD for adjustment colors and/or apply specific request  (change the face, change the body shape, change the background) from management. Expose the products on social network by creating strong and attractive visuals for facebook/twitter/ tumblr / website.   Requirements : Diploma or Bachelor Degree majoring in Design Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position Proficiency in using Mac OS, Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop Good Bahasa and English communication skill Target oriented, in time delivery, team player and extreme customer centric 3 months contract

Preparing proposal samples sending to Jakarta. Make database of supplier sourcing, development, product sourcing, orders summary. Receiving PAF with qty order and delivery date, along with confirmed quality FINAL, negotiation price. (New Suppliers) preparing factory audit and registration supplier paper work. Receiving PO (new and repeat orders) and communicating with supplier for P1 for confirmation order and DP (if Any). Follow up for PPS, PSS samples sending on time from suppliers and update for final inspection booking. Manage and follow up FG and Packaging rejection. Oversee daily operations and be able to work with all vendors.  Price negotiation with suppliers according to target defined by management.  Develop deep understanding of market and bring insights by active follow up from exibitions and market  trend. Will be located in Head Office.   REQUIREMENTS :     Bachelor Degree from Any Major     Must be able to speak Mandarin.     Having minimum 2 years experience as Merchandising.     Having Technical Skill in Product and Production Knowledge & Market price comparison and analysis.
