DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Primary objective: Supporting TKAM in developing tailored customer competence development program proposals for customer and for the follow up on the execution of competence development agreements. Responsibilities: Support the Technical Key Account Managers (TKAM’s) in developing tailored customer competence development program proposals for customer(s) and follow up on the execution of competence development agreements Supporting the TKAM’s to understand the competence development needs of the customer and driving pro-active planning to fulfil those needs Work with Installation Project Managers to plan and execute the competence development activities in CE installation projects Support TKAM and Cluster Business Development Manager to translate competence development into customer value Propose next step of competence development offering to customers after training delivery is completed Ensure the customer competence development program is designed and delivered in the most cost efficient way Capture training development needs, engage in training development projects and support pilots Be up to date on products offered in the training portfolio Understand talent development trends in market and support future portfolio development Proven experience working well with ambiguity since it this a newly designed position and that will be adjusted to meet the client’s needs and improve our training offerings Able to work professionally with Technical Key Account Managers and Customers to create and implement competence development programs that match the customer staff needs Ensure that programs delivered meet or exceed the expected performance results of the customer Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management or Education and Training or equivalent experience Experience in Operations Management, Product/Portfolio Management or Competence Development Process Improvement experience is preferred High level of computer literacy skills in word processing systems and personal computer applications including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) Proven analytical abilities and experience making recommendations to improve process Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail This position requires fluent English language skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening) Ability to organize, prioritize and work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic changing environment Excellent customer focus and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to travel up to 25% for training and to support business need

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Responsibilities: Drive Market Company daily logistics operational support : Ensure deliveries to customer (e.g., from port to customer site) and link factories to customers to shipping company / road transportation Synchronize ETDs and ETAs over the supply chain to ensure the correct delivery date to customer Resolve issues that might arise with port / customs / transportation company Ensure correct and timely reporting of KPIs for all metrics concerning the Market Company (in particular if a warehouse is present) Support Customer Service and KAMs’ with logistics related aspects. Operational logistics optimization : Drive the expansion of WCM to attack Logistics losses (both in costs and service level) in the Market Company Work with Customer Service & Design Manager and Planning Manager to optimize of internal and outsourced resources to maximize short and midterm capacity utilization and efficient usage of working capital, through participation in S&OP process Tactical logistics management : Proactively identify improvement opportunities and drive logistics activities at Market Company level for lowest possible total logistics cost and improved service level. Manage Market Company logistics suppliers / contracts (e.g., with transportation companies, forwarding agents, warehouses if any) in collaboration with Supplier Management Governance and Relationship : Prepare and lead weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings both internally as well as with the Logistics companies [Freight forwarders]. Track and initiate the right LSP [Logistics Service Providers] portfolio balancing towards governing as well as strengthening the relationship. Responsibilities: Training Delivery Prepare and deliver World Class technical trainings with proven success in transfer of relevant knowledge and skills. Apply appropriate teaching methods to teach specific subjects defined in the Course Objectives. Address all participants individual learning needs to maximize the learning experience and knowledge retention. Training Development Contribute in training material development by supporting Training Development activities as subject matter expert. Stay updated with new product development training requirements within assigned responsibilities. Understand the Training Services (TrS) training portfolio from a Tetra Pak´s Field force and customer´s perspective. Business Development Support Business Development activities to maximize the effectiveness of learning development programs. Understand the training portfolio offering from a value selling perspective. Competence Build Up, Knowledge share & Training resources readiness Provide mentorship for new instructors and Trainers, including informal coaching as well as building effective networks. Understand the Tetra Pak Field Force Job/role descriptions and the TS organizational structure. Training Equipment Be responsible for assigned equipment according to TrS guidelines. Prepare, maintain and validate equipment functionality for subsequent trainings. Contribute with expertise in creation of simulators, show pieces and setting-rigs utilized to simplify training. Reporting, Certification and Assessment. Provide reports according to set standards for delivered trainings. Assist in certification activities and support Business development when applicable. Requirements: Background in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering. Any certification in conducting training will be added advantage. Proven track record in training development. Proficiency in English & Bahasa including computer literacy. Passionate about training and able to engage audience during the delivery. Self motivated, independent and able to drive for results.
