Make a proper handover with the mechanical supervisor if needed. Launch the kick off meeting of the commissioning with the customer on site or with the site manager if he’s handling the entire project. Confirm with the customer the scopes limits, our needs for commissioning such as power, compressed air, raw material, chemicals, etc. Establish, fill and complete all the compulsory documents like fire permits, risk assessments, and special administrative and customer documents Plan and drive the weekly meetings with the customer Issue Commissioning Progress reports (internal and external) Follow the schedule of the commissioning; give a clear view to the PM, progress, status, issues, missing parts, etc Prepare and issue the reports weekly meeting to customer: schedule status, working report, punch list follow up, deviation follow up, scope variations, etc Insure the workers are skilled enough to complete their activities Organise and assign work to the site teams, check every day if the works are correct and complete and properly done Report the issue to the subcontractor or to the customer if he supplies the team Sign the acceptance certificate; clear the punch list before leaving Ensure adequate training is provided to the customer Provide As – Built documentation to TS&S Team   Requirements Degree/Diploma in Chemical, Process, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Alternatively, highly experienced individuals without formal qualification may also be considered. Understanding of liquid processing Food and Beverage industry experience is advantageous Preferably 5 / Minimum 3 years experience in Commissioning Good engineering track record to meet project requirements and customer satisfaction Travelling frequently to manage projects in Indonesia and potentially overseas commissioning works.
