          Perusahaan ini tergolong loyal kepada karyawannya terutama memberikan perhatian yang cukup terhadap kesejahteraan karyawannya. Selain itu, lingkungan kerjanya juga tergolong baik.

          Cons

          Untuk bisa menjadi karyawan tetap, kapasitasnya cukup terbatas sehingga jenjang karirnya bisa dibilang sempit. Beban pekerjaan yang diberikan juga terkadang over limit.

          Tempat yang sangat baik bagi engineer kakrena bisa belajar banyak hal di tempat ini saat mengerjakan proyek-proyek yang diberikan. Lingkungan kerjanya juga cukup kondusif.

          Cons

          Dari segi jenjang karirnya, tidak ada kejelasan dan kepastian. Kalaupun dapat promosi kenaikan jabatan, hal tersebut memakan waktu yang sangat lama.

          Lingkungan perusahaan yang bernuansa multikultural sehingga baik untuk perkembangan karyawannya. Kita bisa berfikir lebih kritis dalam menghadapi dunia kerja secara global.

          Cons

          Terlalu banyak posisi manajer tingkat atas yang diisi oleh ekspat sehingga banyak pengeluaran yang sia-sia karena hal tersebut. Masih ada unsur politik terutama dalam hal jenjang karir.
