    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Responsibility : To lead and handle IS/IT related project, especially core system replacement and related applications To implement proper project management To lead and enhance the skill & competency of the IS/IT project members Collaborates with different user groups and business partners to understand business model   and functional requirements; Articulates and manages business requirements for technology change; Proposes options and recommendations on functional solutions; Creates business cases or specifications that meet customer requirements; Facilitates user acceptance testing; Provide training on system enhancements; Provide support to the Helpdesk in terms of application functions and common resolutions; Improve application competency; Follow standards and guidelines; utilize detailed knowledge of the application system to provide analytical support to business system modifications; Work collaboratively with all areas of the business and IT to understand business requirements and system capabilities; Work independently to support both analysis and training Organize and follow delivery plans as well as balance workload by prioritizing initiatives that follow the business strategy and goals; Act as a liaison between the business and system areas and provide business knowledge support to system enhancement requests; Monitor all project handled by team member meet user expectation Responsible to create overall project report include budgeting (if any) to IT management and business user; Conduct meeting with related business user to discuss technology improvement and automation process; Job Requirements : Bachelor Degree majoring Information Technology / Other Relevant Subjects Has experience min 5 years in related field Has solid skill, knowledge and experience in conducting project management Able to communicate well in English also in expressing the ideas & reports through proper presentation material Have 5 characteristics of tps leader (humality, Accountability, team building, succession planning and continuous performance improvement) Having good knowledge, able to work underpressure, and having good analytical thinking Self starter, hard worker, teamwork, discipline, communication, experience in lead team Placement : South Jakarta

    Lingkungan kerja yang independen dan tidak kaku, sehingga cukup nyaman bekerja di tempat ini. Bisa bekerja sekaligus mereview kemampuan berbahasa inggris kita.
    Cons
    Atasan masih kurang ramah terhadap para karyawannya. Di samping itu, jenjang karirnya juga bisa dibilang tidak ada. Kalaupun menerima promosi jabatan, hal tersebut memakan waktu yang lama.
