DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Strong improvement of Performance Plant (5R, Safety, Line Production Management). Strong in deliver training, sharing knowledge, leads workshop activity. Strong in Innovation Improvement Plant/Company (best practice, continuous improvement). Strong managerial skills in industrial services that all production according food safety criteria. Good in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical services problem. Requirements : Age minimum 25 years maximum 35 years. Background in Bachelor Degree in Industrial Tech, Mechanic, Electrical, Mechatronic Fresh Graduate are welcome. Minimum 1 years experience as (Process Engineer /Innovation Department, Manufacturing Supervisor in Industrial services & maintenance) in Food & Beverages Company. Good in Six Sigma, TPM (total productivity management) or TQM (total quality management) or Kaizen systems. Good in Analytical thinking, hard worker and under pressure. Good in Plant Administration report (Excellence Excel). Demonstrate good communication skills. Strong in Leadership and Managerial Skill. Have ability and willingness to build others’ capacity Willingness to work in Cianjur.

This position also responsible to plan, develop, and manage the execution of external relations program and corporate social responsibility activities related to the locals, such as government, press, public, and associations. Plan & evaluate resource development activities & program and monitor its execution based on approved Man Power Planning in order to maintain level of resources availability & readiness for Plant daily operation Monitor & evaluate execution of compensation & benefit activities & program within Plant operation area in order to maintain accountability and compliance with HR Budget, Policy and Procedure Plan, monitor and evaluate execution of employee relation activities & program in order to provide and maintain employee trust, disciplinary & healthy work environment. Monitor and evaluate general affair activities in order to provide comprehensive services & support to plant office’s daily operation Monitor and evaluate plant’s security activities & program in order to maintain security of plant asset & safety operation environment To develop budget and manage its realization properly in order to ensure internal budget control. To monitor competencies development of performance Organization Development team including their career planning Job Requirement : Bachelor Degree in Law or Psychology industry or Industry management Minimum 5 years Experience as HR Management especially on food & beverage related Industry Have specific knowledge in HR administration & formalities, payroll management, staffing & recruitment management, people development management, industrial relationship management, government’s Labor, policies & regulation, GA management, security management and workload analysis Have a good specific skill in computer literacy, communication & negotiation, leadership, people assessment, coaching & concealing & facilitator skill and conflict Resolution Experiences and exposure in managing external relation, preferences with strong government and media network (preferable in food industry) Ready to be placed in Solok (West Sumatera)
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Description Verification and process all Invoice from vendor with accurate and timely. Prepare payment of Vendor invoice on due date. Able to communicate to Vendor and Related Dept for any queries related to Invoice. Ensure data on vendor master is valid. Other tasks as required by the superior AP Staff will report to AP Supervisor Minimum qualifications Hold Indonesian citizenship and be in good health condition. Bachelor degree in Accounting from a Reputable University. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and Indonesian. Good experience in SAP will be an advantage Reliable person, proactive, open, honest and co-operative. Able to maintain working performance under pressure. Willing to work in Kawasan Pulogadung office.
