Review automated audit work papers prepared by the audit staff to ensure sound audit theory and compliance with the department's methodology. Responsible for the daily supervision of audit staff and responsible for the development of audit staff and the completion of performance evaluations. Ensures that reviews are completed in compliance with the Corporate Audit Department and Institute of Internal Auditor standards.

    Karena perusahaan ini masih tergolong kecil, sistem yang diterapkan di perusahaan ini pun cukup sederhana dan mudah untuk diikuti. Selain itu, kebijakan yang ada juga tidak terlalu rumit dan mudah untuk diikuti.

    Jika dibandingkan dengan perusahaan lainnya di daerah ini, besaran gaji yang diberikan oleh perusahaan masih terbilang rendah. Masih ada beberapa orang yang dirasa kurang kompeten namun menduduki posisi atas di perusahaan.
