DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Work with the digital team and the clients from Japan (using Japanese Language) Understand the clients requirements and prepare estimates and timelines for Digital projects, presenting them to clients what necessary in English or Bahasa Indonesia Support cross functional teams (design, technology etc) in the delivery of each project for the agency and our teams Manage relationship with our team and clients by conducting regular calls, monitoring and escalating project risks, seeking client feedback, making modifications to deliverable and processes to ensure client satisfaction Communicate and track project milestones, monitor progress for all team members against each plan and adjusting schedules as needed Collect, analyze data and generate project reports needed in Japanese Language Report all project progress to Manager and Vice President Job Requirements: Fluent in Japanese Language, both verbal and written (Certification N1 or N2) Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, any field Minimum 2 years experience in online environment including web development/design, content management and digital production (work experiences in digital agencies is a plus) Knowledge in Web technologies and SEO is a plus Able to work with and lead various type of team Have a good communications and organization skills Strong analytical and logical thinking Able to work under tight deadline and highly motivated Ability to multi-task and priorities accordingly
