DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To manage daily activities at warehouse should be efficiency and effectiveness To ensure that the warehouse is in compliance with corporate, cGMP and all national/local regulations To ensure the safe operation of all warehouse activity in accordance with Health, Safety and environmental procedures To oversee the processes of receiving, storage, and delivery of materials and finished products according FEFO (first expired first out) system To control access to the warehouse (security) and ensure the safe keeping and accurate recording of all materials stored To ensure timely supply of materials for production (dispensing and packaging) according to weekly schedules To control the storage locations of all materials according to defined conditions and Mean Kinetic Temperature To ensure the safe operation of all warehouse activities (concern for safety first) To prepare, review and update cGMP documentation including SOPs and evaluate temperature mapping activities To ensure accurate and complete recording of all material movements according documents transaction To manage all Logistics activities with all Cikarang related Supply Chain activities, together with TFMI Logistics Manager. This to include weekly schedule mtgs (with production, QC and purchasing) and monthly S&OP meetings (with participants from TFMI as and when available To reporting monthly stock of all materials and finished products to Finance To manage and oversee all write off and destruction of rejected and obsolete materials according to SOP To reporting variance material from difference between net weight with actual to Finance To prepare and control documentation for periodic and annual stock counts, and for cycle counting To recommend to management any requests for the purchase of equipment or materials required for efficient warehouse activity To Create Item master data for preparation using ERP system (AXAPTA system BACKGROUND Bachelor degree, with experiences minimum of 5 years as Warehouse Supervisor or 2 years as warehouse Manager in Pharmaceutical Industry or related Food Industry (IPK min 3.00) Have a good knowledge of Pharmaceutical GMP Good leadership, good communication and good cooperation Proficient in managing materials Able to operate computer (MS. Excel, MS Word, ERP systems) Good English capability (both oral and written) Excellent communication & interpersonal skill Able to work alone (independent) and as a team leader or member
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Supporting QA Manager in order to assure the implementation and compliance to cGMP requirements in area of preparing and performing Annual Product Review and Trend Analysis for Quality System implementation and continuous improvement. Establish schedule and compiling Annual Product Review following the predefined schedule. Establish and perform Trend Analysis for other Quality Assurance systems, i.e. Annual Product Review, CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action), Deviation, Complaint, Change Control, etc. To manage the internal audit system and follow up the report. To review and monitor corrective and preventive actions related to internal/external audit result. With QA manager to manage the supplier audit system Any other duties as assigned by Quality Assurance Manager Minimum 23 years old Having Minimum Assistant Pharmacist/ Bachelor of Pharmacy/ Pharmacist Having job experiences in Pharmaceutical Industry in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Production Department. Having experiences and knowledge in applying current Good Manufacturing Practices and Quality Assurance Willing to work in shifts and/or extra office hour if necessary Willing to be placed in Cikarang Manufacturing
