    School management yang bagus dan teratur. Selain itu, rekan kerja di dalam perusahaa ini cukup bersahabat dan saling membantu. Employee turnover di perusahaan ini juga cukup rendah. Sistem kerja yang teratur, jelas dan sistematis. Expectation yang jelas dari sekolah.
    Cons
    Gaji guru lokal jauh lebih rendah dari guru expat. Hal ini tentu saja membuat gap diantara pegawai lokal dan expatriat. Selain itu, prospek jenjang karir juga sangat minim.
