Has strong analytical skill. Experience in budgeting will be an advantage. General Roles and Responsibility: 1. Prepare and analyze profitability by product, customer or area / region. 2. Handle CAPEX management and recording. 3. Assist commercial financial analyst to prepare annual budget and update latest forecast, including risk and opportunity. 4. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Responsibility : 1. Processthe SO by providing the Pick List ( PL) and generating Delivery Order ( DO) in daily basis 2. Control the loading activities to avoid mishandling and mismatching product 3. Prepare all document needed for hand over and checked before submitting to transporter 4. Control and monitoring the deliveries 5. Prepare all reports needed pertaining to the delivery activities Job Requirments : 1. Education level S1 2. Experience in Logistic / Distribution is a must 3. Able to operate computer ( Excel, Word, Email ) English ( writen/spoken) 4. Able to operate SAP system is advantage
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN 1. Coordinate with FGWH Admin, Forklift Operator, and Helper in receiving Finished Good from production / affiliates country and return from distributor by checking condition & quantity compared with the document. 2. Coordinate with Forklift Operator and Helper to deliver Finished Good based on Delivery Order prepared by Distribution on FIFO Basis 3. Make sure all inventory transaction supported by required document 4. Maintain the accuracy of finished goods inventory within best handling, placement and movement Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent. Required language(s): English At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available.
