We are looking for an experience event and advertising (publishing) sales consultant with excellent communication skills and result oriented. Successful candidate will work in selling advertising space for BCI Asia publications product (FuturArc & Construction+ Magazine) and BCI events. Principle Job responsibilities : Identify potential advertisers/sponsors for BCI Asia publications and events business. To meet or exceed sales objectives/target by selling BCI Asia publishing products/magazine advertising space by using professional sales technique via telephone, e-mail and meetings. Achieving key performance indicators and monthly sales targets. Manage all activities through BCI Asia’s CRM system. Requirements : 5+ years working as a Sr. Account Executive/Account Manager with proven result. Possess excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills. Goal oriented and self-driven personality is a MUST. Performance measured and motivated. Must be fluent in English with professional Bahasa Indonesia as a mandatory. Dynamic, self motivated and result oriented. Possess own transport and willing to travel. The Role BCI Asia is looking for an experienced & commercially astute National Sales Manager to lead the sales operations of BCI Indonesia, working closely with the General Manager Emerging Markets in the strategic direction of sales in BCI Asia – Indonesia. The focus of this role will be on development & reaching of business plans for the sales department to ensure budgets & growth targets for Indonesian business are achieved, along with hands-on management of all Sales & Account Mgmt staff. Your duties will include: Leading the sales operations of BCI Asia – Indonesia to meet targets Work closely with the General Manager Emerging Markets in the strategic direction of sales in BCI Asia – Indonesia Develop and maintain business plans for the sales department to ensure budgets and growth targets are achieved. Hands-on business development (soliciting international/ key accounts) and revenue growth of BCI Asia Indonesia in the Indonesia marketplace Manage the day-to-day tracking of costs and budgets for the sales department Take full management responsibility for the Sales (incl. Account Management) team in BCI Asia Indonesia Recruit and train new team members to high levels pf performance Ensure high-performing team members are engaged, receiving ongoing training and development and offered career pathways within the BCI Media Group Experienced required Experience managing sales team is a must Applicants must have the right to live and work in Indonesia Applicants must be fluent in Bahasa Indonesian and English Must have a proven track record of success in business development Experience in the building & construction industry is a plus At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
