DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Responsibilities: Assisting Country HR/GA Senior Manager in handling corporate legal matters, which includes preparing and reviewing agreements and/or other legal documents, legal memorandum, power of attorney, etc, as requested by the divisions within the company. Responsible in conducting meeting with all employees along with the employees union in order to discuss i.e.; critical issues, new regulation, company regulation, etc. Responsible to manage legal contract, legal correspondence, and legal documentation related to corporate legal matters. Responsible in controlling the execution of company regulation accordingly i.e. ; the disciplinary action of employee, and processing disciplinary action against the current regulation and give the necessary suggestion to the management accordingly and along with related function. Responsible in preparing and executing all company reports for Manpower department and along with related department, co-ordinate company activity in order to fulfill the requirement form the government. To give a suggestion to the management in order to review the current company regulation based on the inputs from employees and become a facilitator to interpret the company need and requirement of a regulation. Work closely with lawyer, notary, and government officer. To make sure that all industrial relation (with employee, Union, NGO, Society, Government Officer, and other third parties) are conducted well. Other activities as requested by Superior. Requirements: Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law from reputable university Excellent knowledge in HR Procedures & Processes, Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation, including Counseling & General Affair Good understanding in Human Resources, and Legal-GA issues, e.g.: industrial relation and other personnel administrations At least 2-year proven experience, either in law firms or Notaris/PPAT Experience in supply chain or retail company is advantage Ability to give legal opinion to support company action Fluent in English both oral and written Computer literate Having good filing system and documentation Able to work under minimum supervision and under pressure Self driven, good manner and strong legal analytical skill Well-organized, disciplined, presentation, negotiation and good communications skill. Have a high motivation, high endurance and achievement responsibility in completing the work Good personality, creative, high integrity and demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment willing to work in Cibitung, Bekasi

Good broad foundation of HR principles with at least 3 years of experience as HR Generalist. Good understanding of the HR principles Conversant with Indonesian labor law, regulation and its application Meticulous, diligent and able to work under tight scheduleGood command of English both oral and written. Computer-literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
