The Development Director provides opportunities for donors to receive recognition and increase future giving. S/he involves and engages appropriate partners in the field and at the Worldwide Office, keeping them apprised of interactions, issues and/or concerns, and addresses questions as needed. The Development Director works closely with the Marketing and Communications team in overseeing all cause related marketing activities. S/he manages relations with key stakeholders including senior management, internal teams, and outside service providers to achieve program goals.  The Development Director reports to the Country Director and is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.   Qualifications:   Master’s degree and at least 8 years related experience like Marketing and/or Fundraising, including experience working at a senior level.
