DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN To handle for recruitment process. To facilitate learning and development activities in areas related to company values, leadership competencies, compliance policies, systems, and orientation. To support the administration of training data base / recording on daily and weekly basis to ensure the adequate filling and reporting are properly implement and comply with Keppel Land values. Responsible for timely completion of performance reviews and evaluations for all employees. Other duties as assigned by direct Supervisor. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN To supervise site operations to meet project deadline in accordance with project schedule, layouts, drawings, and specifications. To ensure all Civil, Structure, and Architectural works are coordinated well with other trade of works. High rise office or mixed development is an advantage. To supervise and ensure all installations to comply with the approved coordination and shop drawings. Proven ability to monitor independently and manage site contractor’s progress and quality of their workers. To attend project monitoring site work progress. Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and other Civil, Structure, and Architecture services. To ensure contractors submit the daily/weekly/monthly reports and verify the reports. Proven ability to draft reports/minutes independently an advantage. To ensure all other Civil, Structure, and Architecture works are comply with WSH procedures. Good appreciation of local WSH procedures and an ability to pick up Keppel’s WSH requirements is needed. Other works assigned by Direct Supervisor. Job Requirements : Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in the related fields. Good technical knowledge, project supervising, and report preparation skills. Good in Microsoft Office and Auto CAD. Good analytical, communication, and leadership skill.

Preferably with working experience in a design consultant firm Job Descriptions : Manager the structural design of the project and coordinate with other building disciplines on the design to ensure smooth integration. Ensure the structural designs from consultants satisfy pre-determined criteria based on safety, serviceability and overall structural performance. Able to provide technical and professional structural engineering support and advices to the project team. Well informed on the design guideline and authority requirement and submission procedure. Coordinate the preparation of structural drawings for tendering. Carrying out regular inspection and supervise the construction activities by contractors. Ensure CM and site supervisors carry out the appropriate inspections, monitoring of contractors’ progress and documenting important/relevant conditions /situation that developed Supervises contractor/CM on day-to-day matters, including vetting schedules, and advising on structural manpower resources. Coordinate with other disciplines and ensure structural construction is coordinated with the architectural and MEP design. Coordinate the resolution of site problems between different disciplines, contractors, consultants. Good appreciation of local WSH procedures and an ability to pick up Keppel’s Workplace Safety & Health requirements is needed. Other works assigned by Direct Supervisor.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Overall Project Management activities inclusive of overall planning and coordination of development works from conceptualization, design, construction to completion within established budget, schedule and quality standards. Advise Project Director and other Functional Units Project Management matters to keep the Group abreast of local construction industries e.g. potential contractors and suppliers, local building material and technologies suitable for Jakarta market, overall construction cost and market movement, authority requirements and approvals, etc. Lead site team in Project Management matter, corporate values e.g. site safety, Green and environment issues, Risk Management, Quality works, etc. Monitor project development schedule e.g. appointment of consultants, authorities’ submissions and approvals, tenders, constructions, hand over, rectification works during handing over period, etc. Job Requirements: A good University degree in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveyor, or other related fields. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the development and completion of high-rise residential and/or mixed use development projects of substantial project value. Good knowledge & skills of Project Management in Jakarta. Strong in contract admin and coordination skills with basic knowledge of design management. Basic knowledge of local building & construction rules and regulations. Good leadership quality, interpersonal and communication skills to handle all levels of people from within organization and external parties which include consultants, contractors, internal as well as government officials.
