Oversee employee compliance with all performance management processes (annual performance review process, goal setting, probationary reviews, employee development planning). Responsible for timely completion of performance reviews and evaluations for all employees. Other duties as assigned by direct Supervisor. Job Requirements: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology and Human Resources Management, or other related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Training and Organizational Development area.

Preferably with working experience in a design consultant firm  Job Descriptions : Manager the structural design of the project and coordinate with other building disciplines on the design to ensure smooth integration. Ensure the structural designs from consultants satisfy pre-determined criteria based on safety, serviceability and overall structural performance. Able to provide technical and professional structural engineering support and advices to the project team. Well informed on the design guideline and authority requirement and submission procedure. Coordinate the preparation of structural drawings for tendering. Carrying out regular inspection and supervise the construction activities by contractors. Ensure CM and site supervisors carry out the appropriate inspections, monitoring of contractors’ progress and documenting important/relevant conditions /situation that developed Supervises contractor/CM on day-to-day matters, including vetting schedules, and advising on structural manpower resources. Coordinate with other disciplines and ensure structural construction is coordinated with the architectural and MEP design. Coordinate the resolution of site problems between different disciplines, contractors, consultants. Good appreciation of local WSH procedures and an ability to pick up Keppel’s Workplace Safety & Health requirements is needed. Other works assigned by Direct Supervisor.
