    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN JOB DESCRIPTION : Perform all Employement related to the Administration, to issuing employement letter, employement attendance records, staff deposit, HR related license, renewal and etc. Responsible to the employement database, payroll, insurance, medical reimburstment, and all administratie Perform staff recrutiment, selection, hiring process. Plann training seminar for staff development in coordination with HR function by performing TNA assesment annual basis Perform internal control / complience function focusing on General Affairs/ administration, for HO and Branch offices Prepare annual budget related to Personnel activities, Manpower, planning etc Prepare all Personnel reports fro regional and local authorities reporting REQUIREMENTS : Candidate must possess at least bachelor degree, Management, Administration, Human Resources Management or equivalent 2 Years experiences of working in related field required for this positions. Working knowledge of personnel systems Energic, enthusiasm and commitment to learning process Good clerical and administration skill Well organized and good interpersonal skill.

    Lingkungan kerja yang nyaman di tambah lokasi yang setragis dimana terdapat tempat penjual makanan di sekitar perkantoran sehingga tidak perlu menghabiskan waktu untuk mencari tempat lunch, pekerjaan cukup banyak tetapi bisa di kerjakan dengan santai dan semua pekerjaan telah di atur dalam strandart oprasional perusahaan sehingga terstruktur dan tidak ada hambatan dalam komunikasi.
    Cons
    Perusahaan tidak memberikan kompensasi untuk parkir kendaraan karyawannya sehingga cukup menguras kantong, gaji terbilang kalah bersaing dengan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang yang sama, seharusnya ada perhatian untuk masalah gaji.
