Memastikan kualitas kinerja tim dengan tidak melakukan pemalsuan registrasi Menggunakan 30-40% waktu kerjanya di lapangan untuk membimbing dan melatih anggota tim yang berkinerja kurang baik, memastikan kualitas eksekusi yang baik selama di lapangan dan mendapatkan feedback dari pengusaha yang telah mendaftarkan diri. Memastikan anggota timnya mengerti dan paham akan produk yang ditawarkan dan telah mengikuti pelatihan yang harus diikuti sebelumnya. Memastikan para anggota tim memiliki alat bantu yang sesuai (tablet), mengerti cara menggunakannya dan cara kerjanya Deskripsi kerja: Memberikan rekomendasi untuk merekrut anggota tambahan apabila diperlukan, guna mencapai target, serta berpartisipasi dalam wawancara untuk proses rekrutmen. Menyusun dan menyiapkan action plans untuk meningkat kapasitas produksi dan kinerja anggota tim yang memiliki kinerja kurang baik.  Kualifikasi: Memiliki pengalaman selama 4 (empat) tahun sebagai sales di industri FMCG, Tembakau atau Telekomunikasi Memiliki pengalaman satu tahun dalam memimpin tim sales Pendidikan terakhir minimal S1 atau sederajat Bersedia untuk bekerja dengan mobilitas tinggi Dapat menggunakan Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Word dan Outlook.
