Bonus terbilang baik, gaji tidak terlalu rendah karena perusahaan termasuk sedang growing. Suasana kantor yang nyaman dan kekeluargaan terjalin erat.

Cons

Pedoman perusahaan berasal dari pusat yakni china, kadang ada pedoman yang tidak dapat di gunakan di perbankan indonesia membuat waktu dan pikiran terkuras untuk masalah pedoman ini.

Kebijakan kaku perusahaan di hampir selulurh bidang bisnis. Senior management yang tidak paham kondisi yang terjadi di bawah karena jarang turun untuk melihat situasi dan kondisi.
