Lingkungan kerja yang didominasi oleh generasi muda sehingga suasana kerja terasa segar dan enerjik. Banyak kesempatan untuk mengeksplorasi kemampuan diri di tempat ini.

Cons

Perusahaan kurang memperhatikan kesejahteraan karyawannya. Ditambah lagi, tidak ada kepastian mengenai jenjang karirnya. Saat lembur juga tidak diberi kompensasi apa-apa. Perusahaan ini juga baru berdiri, sehingga manajemennya masih agak berantakan.
