DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Position Description : Accountable to manage and implementing the accounting and finance system and procedures of the company, include the production of periodic financial reports. Journaling and maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, implementing accounting operations the company, comprehensive set of controls and budget designed to mitigate risk. Monitoring cash flow and ad hoc task related with accounting and finance system. Main responsibilities: Evaluate accounting and finance monthly report Evaluate and monitoring cash flow Controlling the calculation and payment for tax as PPh , PPN and other related Tax Building good coordination an relationship with other department and related financial institute such as government , bank , insurance and supplier. Evaluate accounting and finance procedure according to company policy in order to aim data accuracy Controlling annual operational cost from all department Controlling all activity and action needed that related with accounting and financial report Implement audit of inventory and building asset every month Evaluate and control subordinate productivity Maintain team spirit and develop subordinate growth Qualification : Candidate must possess at least a master’s degree/ post graduate degree. Finance/ accountancy/ banking or equivalent Required skill (s) : 2-3 years as a chief finance accounting Proven working experience as a controller Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Experience with creating financial statements Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end / year end close process Required language (s) : English, Bahasa Indonesia At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Applicants must be willing to work in Tuban, Bali Preferably CEO /GM / Director / Senior Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Position Description Senior Brand Manager role is responsible for all of the brand activities in Indonesia especially in retail industry. This person is expected to have a strong analytical and strategic thinking as well as capability to work independently. Responsibilities : Plan & implement marketing plan to achieve brand's objective by taking into account competition and customers and market's trends. Responsible for total brand management and achieving overall brand's objective. Responsible for total brand management including forecasting sales growth, product selection, inventory management, budget management, planning of promotion activities & media plan, monitoring & evaluating the execution plan and achieving overall brand's objective. Build, manage and lead (including training and supervising) brand managers and operation team and provide support to other internal divisions. Manage strong relationship with principle.
