DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Requirments : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for AR position. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available. Job Description : Create detailed AR Ageing in excel spreadsheets in weekly basis for management use in reviewing all accounts & determining strategy. Monitor & properly record all credit term & payment term in system and reviewed it periodically, as determined by customer purchase requirements/history and company credit policy. Place collection calls or send reminder letters to resolve customer overdue accounts in a timely manner. Counseled with Sales persons/sales department as necessary to determine problem resolution for any account issues. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Description : 1. Effective monitoring of existing Contract's expiry status. 2. Fully responsible to ensure that the maintenance units are with a valid and signed Agreement. Ongoing maintenance with an expired Agreement shall be avoided at all times. 3. To follow-up closely on the renewal proposal with the intention of securing the contracts before its expiry date. 4. To liaise closely with the Service Engineer and Supervisor for opportunities to increase spare parts/repairs sales. 5. Regularly to visit Customer to build good customer relationship and to assess customer's satisfaction on our Services. 6. Liaising with Factory for quotation on upgrading/modernization proposal. 7. To monitor closely on all works executed and ensure that billings are done accordingly. 8. To assist in the monitoring of the Service Debtors account, initiate action plan and follow-up on that bad paymaster. 9. Ensuring that the customer's account is within the stipulated credit terms 10. Perform administrative function ie. Sales activities Reports, correspondence and Sales proposal, quotation to customers, proposal quotation from Factory, etc. 11. Seek opportunities to increase the service units portfolio. 12. Fully responsible to achieve the Company's Service Sales Budget. 13. Responsible to submit Monthly Sales Forecast and activities report. 14. Shall be fully responsible for all Service Sales activities in HQ, branches and depots 15. Any others duties that may be given by the Superior from time to time. Requirement : Education : D3/S1 (preferebly with technical background min experience 2 years as a sales engineer) Skill : negotiation and persuasion, account management, elevator knowledge
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Recruitment : - Follow up and approach old clients to negotiate about any opportunity for maintenance contract with Helin. - Listen to complaints about the old dispute to further bring solution based on discussion with Sales and Operation team. - Managing recaptured units regarding initial reparation before contract and spare part order under Recapture account - organize and lead sales in each branch (Bali, Surabaya, Bandung, etc) - Follow up and approach the clients to discuss regarding maintenance contract to ensure smooth transition from Free Maintenance period to contract. - Managing converted units for any inquiries and spare part order under Conversion account.
