DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN As an Corporate Internal Auditor your responsibilities are to conduct audit in all our subsidiary companies; both financial auditing and operational auditing, to make sure compliance of standard operational procedure, and to make recommendation for better improvement. To get the best candidate, some requirements are needed as such below : Age maximum 33 years old. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from reputable universities with GPA minimal 3.00. At least 2 years experience as Internal Audit Supervisor. Have experience working in Sales & Distribution industry would be an advantage. Detail oriented, strong analytical thinking. Good communication skill and strong leadership. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN As Corporate Tax Assistant Manager, You will assist Corporate Tax Manager in ensuring compliance towards tax regulation for all Daya Group's subsidiary companies through coaching clinic, consultancy, auditing and conducting training. Age maximum 36 years old. Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00. Minimum 4 years experience as Tax Supervisor / Assistant Manager. Strong knowledge in Tax Regulation. Experience in tax auditing. Have Certificate in Brevet A & Brevet B. Detail oriented and strong analytical thinking. An Excellent Individual and a Good Team Player. Have strong willingness to learn. Strong leadership character. Able to play role as tax consultant. Enjoy frequent travelling around Indonesia. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN The holder of this position will challange several tasks as below : Analyze current business conditions and plan long-term business strategy with projecting future conditions that can be done using a variety of methods of analysis. This position have to ensure a strategy can be deployment to all levels of the organization. Controling implementation of PDCA in company continuously. Monitoring business process and ensure that the procedures accordance with applicable standards. Reviewing the procedures in the company. Monitor and evaluate the implementation procedures in the company. Analyze business process in order to make an improvement. Make improvement plan that supports long-term corporate objectives, and in accordance with the company's strategy. Candidates who is interested with the position must have several requirements as below : Expert in using and implementing variety of improvement method. Have knowledge and ability to formulate, establish, set, also apply a standard work process of a business. Able to formulate and implement policy for company’s compliance. Excellent in analyze the processes that exist in the company run effectively and efficiently. Good Understand in monitoring working environment according to standards of Safety, Health, Environment in the work area has been going well. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN The holder of this position will have several challenging responsibilities as such below : Planning Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans Develop financial and tax strategies Manage the capital request and budgeting processes Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction Operations Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team Manage the accounting, human resources, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury departments Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations Oversee the company's transaction processing systems Implement operational best practices Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions Financial Information Oversee the issuance of financial information Report financial results to the board of directors Risk Management Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry Construct and monitor reliable control systems Report risk issues to the audit committee of the board of directors Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations Funding Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts Arrange for debt and equity financing Invest funds Invest pension funds Third Parties Maintain banking relationships Represent the company with investment bankers and investors Desired Qualifications: The candidate chief financial officer should have a degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience. 10+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation. Should have experience in partnering with an executive team, and have a high level of written and oral communication skills. Preferably CEO /GM / Director / Senior Managers specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent. Full-Time position available and will be loxated in Bandung.
