Mendapatkan gaji besar yaitu 14 kali setiap tahunnya ( 12 bulan + THR + bonus akhir tahun ). Tunjangan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan sangat baik terutama untuk klaim kesehatan yang cukup mudah.

Cons

Atasan yang ada harus lebih meningkatkan sikap leadership mereka agar bawahan lebih percaya. Hal tersebut pun bisa membuat keputusan atasan menjadi lebih bijak.

Adanya SOP kerja yang baik dan telah tersusun rapi sehingga pekerjaan menjadi lebih teratur. Disini pun karyawan mendapatkan banyak pengetahuan dan ilmu.

Cons

Dalam pemberian gaji kepada karyawan kurang memuaskan. Selain itu, variabel bonus kurang menarik, bahkan lebih ke arah konservatif dalam investasi.
