    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Report to  Finance and Accounting DGM Manage and control daily financial operations Manage Finance/Accounting department to work properly to meet the Company’s objectives Manage the financial statements to meet the deadline Manage GSA revenue and disbursement to meet the deadline Participate in developing a sound accounting system and financial control Implement the financial internal control system and recommend quality improvement when necessary Manage and control daily payments and receipts Evaluate and review staff’s performance Prepare short-form and USD-base financial statements Review actual performance; perform financial statements analysis on a quarterly basis with comparison to prior year and budget Review monthly G&A expense – actual vs budget, maintained by branch offices Maintain and monitor monthly liftings and ECDO in comparison with prior year and budget Provide marketing department and branch offices with actual vs budgeted liftings for quarterly meeting purposes   Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
