    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN General Job Description :   Assisting the FA Manager in preparing the financial report, journals, tax report. Controlling the cash flow, bank payment and reconciliation, asset management, general ledger. Monitoring the AP, AR and Treasury activities.   Requirements :   Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Required skill(s): Ms office literate. Well knowledge of basic accounting functions. Good analytical,  communication & leadership skill. Hardworking, independent and able to fulfill the work target within less supervision. Work with high speed & high accuracy level. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia. At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in Real Estate/Property Management is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent. Willing to work under pressure with tight deadlines and able to work beyond the working hours. Applicants must be willing to work in Surabaya. Full-Time and Contract position(s) available.
