DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN General Job Scope : Doing a supportive role to undertake a variety of secretarial, clerical and administrave tasks Requirements : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field. Required skill(s): Intermediate computer skills (power point, ms word and ms excel). Good communication skill (written & speaking) in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Familiar with email, internet and google calendar. Good knowledge of secretarial tasks and travel management. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Hardworker, having a pleasant personality, independent, service excellent, able to work with high speed and detail. Able to work as a team & beyond the working tasks. Applicants must be willing to work in Surabaya. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Secretarial/Personal Assistant or equivalent. Full-Time and Contract position(s) available.
