DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Ensure that the service & maintenance department achieves target objectives by ongoing (period by period) examination of accounts, daily & weekly operating controls, system information Improve on the quality of PT Konstruksi Indo Machinery commitment to customer service and retention by enhanced facilities, improved technical skills and high standards of quality workmanship as well as best practice in customer handling and communication Ensure accurate recording of parts and service times, job costing and invoicing to bring about necessary improvements Perform complex analysis work, identify and resolve problems that are either tactical or strategic in nature Maintain customer satisfaction index rating above that of manufacturer or dealership average Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards Communicate with customers before issues arise and get involeved in escalated customer issues Ensure all materials purchased are controlled and sold at a profit Ensure that all employees are committed to the principles and ethics of PT konstruksi Indo Machinery and that these principles form the cornerstone of customer relations management Maintain daily workshop timekeeping and labor productivity records to monitor the effective use of technician and productive labor. Monitor hours attended and worked in order to achieve labor effiency targets Maintain an effective control of expenses in line with agreed objectives by regular examination and review of management accounts and comparisons with budgets Establish and maintain a training needs analysis to provide satisfactory levels of knowledge, skill job, satisfaction and cost-effective development of key aftersales personnel Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all service department’s staffs Ensure that all proper service sales techniques are being used Quality check completed jobs Report to management at any circumtances that compromise the integrity of dealership Observe and evaluate performance of all technical service & maintenance personnel and team building Requirements : Age maximum 40 years old Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree engineering/Mechanical Minimun 5 years of experience in the Technical & Maintenance Service operations of the heavy equipment Required skill(s) : good knowledge in heavy machinery, good comunication skills, good supervisory skills, Creative Thinking & having great managerial skill Computer literature and English ability is must, Mandarin is an advantage Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, self-motivations and Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to make daily, monthly, yearly, and other reports Good analytical, creative and inovation person Must be able to perform daily communications and reporting
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Familiar with Payroll process, Pph 21 & Overtime calculation To be responsible in maintaining all HR & GA activities To manage recruitment and staffing process To perform tasks in the fields of employee relations (e.g. compensation and benefits, people motivation, discipline, employee services, employee welfare, and grievance procedures) To manage general HR & GA administration, as well as to analyze and improve current administration practices Control & Monitoring employee attendance To facilitate effective communication and staff relation across the organization Coordinating and controlling General Affair activities to ensure all employees company need are fulfilled Responsible in puchasing office supplies and equipment Coordinating and managing the tasks of General Services such as driver, messenger, receptionist, office boy, security Monitoring all General Services activities such as general cleaning, routine service of vehicle, mail delivery, newspaper, bills, etc Applying and continuing expatriate's documents and stay permit Handle various legal permits related to company car license Requirements: Age maximum 35 years old Having minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Psychology/ Law/ or Human Resources Management Having at least 4 years of experience in related field in the same capacity Having knowledge & understanding of Indonesia Labor Laws and Regulation Good communication in English (verbal & written), Mandarin is a plus Result oriented, Able to work under pressure and tight deadline, and committed to finish the task Have a strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications Able to work independently, as well as part of a team
