    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Member of the Executive Committee of the company. Manage and develop the staff, operations and budget of Supply Chain functions for both our factories. Monitor customer service levels for domestic and export business and communicate intensively with production and sales to maintain or improve these service levels. Lead and manage purchasing, inventory and transport for both factories. Establish the budget and guard the operational expense for these functions. Source transport and manage the transport expense tightly. Organise strategic sourcing, procurement, contract management and the evaluation of services and suppliers. Manage the assets under Supply Chain functions. Manage the imports of capital goods, raw materials and spare parts for both plants. Develop initiatives to increase the operational performance of the Supply Chain functions within the company. Identify and manage risk within the Supply Chain functions Establish and monitor key performance indicators.   REQUIREMENTS:   Age 30 - 45 years old. Minimum S1 Logistics, Management, Economy, industrial Engineering or equivalent, Minimum 5 years of experience as Supply Chain Manager in an industrial environment operating under ISO certification and at least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain functions. Good coach and active listener. Honest and trustful. Proactive communication skills and strong analytical thinking. Fluent in English both orally and in writing.
