DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Create solutions to complex technical problems in a variety of industries. Assist engineers and scientists as they create, modify, and test products and processes. Perform extensive research and development during creation phase of product. Inspect products and processes for flaws and identify areas of improvement. Conduct tests and collect data. Assist in product ensign, development, and production. Build and set up equipment. Design, develop, test, and manufacture electrical and electronic equipment such as communication equipment, medical monitoring devices, navigational equipment, and computers. Design, develop, test, and manufacture electronic and computer-controlled mechanical systems. Develop methods used in the prevention, control, or remediation of environmental hazards. Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues Prepare accurate and timely reports Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles Requirements : Graduate technical Engineer Proven working experience in enterprise technical support Strong problem-solving skills Excellent client-facing skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
We are looking for a bright Technical Sales Engineer to provide enterprise level technical support to our customers channels as required. Responsibilities searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximising client potential in designated regions; developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements; persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery; negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs; calculating client quotations and administering client accounts; providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education; working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required; arranging and carrying out product training; analysing costs and sales; preparing reports for head office and keeping customer records; meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects; supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events; making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs; liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts; helping in the design of custom-made products; providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.
