    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Responsibilities :1. In charge of all necessary submission to relevant authorities.2. Ensure that project and handover deadline met on time.3. Liaise with clients’ representatives with regards to all site matters.4. Coordinate with workshop and sub-contractors with delivery of products and productivity.5. Ensure that staff and sub-contractors carry out their work in a safe manner.6. Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at project site.7. Prepare and submit monthly progress reports and claims.8. Attend site meeting as and when required.9. All other duties as and when assigned. Requirements:1. Experience 0-1 year in construction project, fresh graduates are welcome.2. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering.3. Can operate software Auto-CAD, Plaxis, dan Microsoft Project.4. Organization skills and a methodical approach to work.5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.6. Strong team working, presentation skills, and communication skills.7. Able to coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and sub-contractors.8. Able to manage project operation with minimum supervision.9. 2 positions are available; first position will be placed in Surabaya branch (Surabaya’s local is preferred)
