    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN HR Manager will work closely with Director of IT & Infrastructure and will responsible to: Implement solutions within designated area of responsibility. Manage oversees transactional & preliminary stage of employee relations issues. Recognizes potential employee relations issues in a proactive manner and either resolves the issue or moves the concern to senior leaders. Fosters positive team environment among staff. Manages programs, policies, and procedures to support the organizational culture.
