Prepares and implements an area business paln which include sales Dept strategies,leadership, coaching,market & area developtment programs while following coorporate timetable. Coach & support leadersthe leaders in the company through setting goals & developing appropriate sales activities Organized sales activity such as sales meeting & conference. Requirement: Minimum hold Diploma degree Male /Female with maximum 40 Years old Has experience in 5 years related experience  in Direct Selling, Hotel or Insurance will be advantage. Fluent in English Ability to travel 70 % High energy with ability to motivate,lead and influence others Possess good intrapersonal communication and able to work in team Has ability to conduct profesional training in front of large diverse audience
